Fish On! We had another good day at Skiatook lake with my friend Wayne and his family and Corby. I drove around seemingly forever until I found some hybrid and they did not disappoint. The second stop they were around but no takers. The third and fourth stop both produced hybrid so we got 9 of them. A solid number for this season. Catfish didn’t bite very good today or wasn’t around. The fishing went down hill as the middle of day approached. Some of the fish were caught in 32 foot of water, temperature was down to about 81°, the cooler temperatures did not hurt anything that’s a fact.

Skiatook was better today there’s not a whole lot of fish on sonar but if you can pick up a hint of them a few can be around. My second and third stops was pay dirt. We had a great day! thanks Marlin and Matt for fishing with Fish On guide service. fishonok.com Got our limit plus one to release and 13 catfish including one respectable 7lb blue. fishing 35 to 45ft of water. Live and Cut bait.

Fishonok.com Skiatook today was slower for me fish more scattered. Early bite was ok and early catfish bite was excellent. found fish have moved deeper. bait would die faster on hook and there was some fairly strong currents in areas. so a lot of changes. did roll up on some nice schools of sandbass and got a few of those as well but they have been slow nothing new there. towards end of the trip it was pretty slow all around. cleaned 19 fish today and called it good before we got burned out. Good repeat customers and good day thanks for using fish on guide service Oklahoma!

Another awesome day at Skiatook it was such a beautiful morning and then we’ve had a nice perfect breeze going it never has really got hot. And the fishing was consistent just about everywhere we did good right up to the time we decided to leave. I’m noticing the schools of fish like the group up better in midday. don’t mean they bite better but it’s consistent and the hybrid striper are monsters catfish are plentiful. Loving Skiatook lately. Fish are usually hanging 28 to 38 ft i caught a few in 43ft as well. live and cut bait cast away from the boat. big fish today 7.25 lbs. Call or text if you need more info on a trip.

I had a fabulous day on Skiatook lake with Bruce and John. They showed up on a good day we caught hybrids on 5 different stops I mean WOW! They was a little boat shy as the sun come up. Fish were caught in 28 to 35ft of water. Catfish ate us alive at two of those locations and we kind of let those pile up was well after being limited out. I’m pretty sure that water temperature was pushing about 85° at that surface on average. Cleaned about 55 fish today. Big hybrid was 8.5lbs
