We had a fun time on sooner today. I went out to one of the places I’ve been catching fish, and everything had pushed out much deeper but fortunately we were able to get on quite a few nice hybrids. Then we decided to go check some other things out and we caught some really large hybrid. we checked out a couple of other places as well and in the ended up back over where we was at and did even better. Live baits some artificials 48ft of water seemed best. We had an Impressive rare 7lb hybrid and plenty of other pigs to back it up. Water temp is down to 43 on both sides. Things are changing! Fishing still real good. I have 54 Hybrids and Sandbass on the counter we had about 10 sandies today. More perch than a person can handle. Most importantly we had a heck of a good time!!! Call to book i’ve got openings this week if weather isn’t bad we need to get on em!
Had time to run to Skiatook today just to check things out. We caught hybrid, perch, sandbass and a 6.5lb, 27” walleye my eyes bout popped out my head when it surfaced. In fact i think it’s biggest one i’ve had on my boat in oklahoma. Water temp is about 48 and it was windy. Next couple days forecast is good.

sooner lake went really well today again it’s been that way for a month things are slowly changing and I am adapting to the fish and we caught hybrids in 45 foot of water today also in 23 foot of water and the lake temperature was 47° still using some live bait but it’s getting to be time to try artificial as well. Go while it’s good is my suggestion. Skiatook as well and Keystone!
Keystone today the catfish over here have been excellent good as it can get and if you want some catfish book a trip soon will go in the middle of the day when it’s warm. I had Jesse and his father-in-law on board today and we tried several different tactics to locate the best fish and we did good and the last two stops were really good. We had several doubles, triple and a quad at one point. we wrapped it up when we couldn’t close the lid anymore and the timing on everything was good. Got them cleaned up with about 70 pounds of fillets. I caught fish in 33 to 43 foot of water call me and book a trip everything is great everywhere. we kept our limit and caught and released a total of 58 fish.
Sooner again today. I’ve got openings call me and let’s get one booked we will work around the weather to keep you comfortable. Les and crew for second outing. We were working like a well oiled machine and the fish did their part as well. We sat in one spot for three hours and nearly filled the cooler and then we moved to another spot and got some much larger hybrids. We had 30 of these on each location making 60 hybrids for the men. Also 4 saugeye 2 catfish, 7 drum, and 65 white perch. We didn’t keep everything but we sure filled up the cooler to it wouldn’t close and our large hybrid fish went 6 pounds and we had 3 or 4 close behind it.. I fished at 40 feet and 22 feet today, kept live baits on and chummed a lot. We had a ton of fun! water temperature is 48° from one end of the lake to the other at the surface on average.
