Fishing about 7ft of water. They turned on the current about 10am same as yesterday, but it was not as strong and we didn’t have near as much floating trash to deal with. Sandbass was biting good before and during the flow. Spoonbill about the same. We caught what we wanted on both and had some more 6 and 7lb hybrids today. One broke off at the boat on a mono line but the 20lb braid been getting them. I think the bite will be real good tomorrow. Call me we still have time and I’ve still got time to take you! Thanks Jeff for coming out with your family today and spending the day at Mazie Landing! we started off on some spoonbill, and got one of those pretty quick, then decided to switch over to sandbass fishing. We had to work at it but we got a good mess of fish for our reward. most importantly, we all had fun! and the sandbass were biting good enough to keep us baiting and casting till the very end. Will see if I can get the spoonbill photo on here later. we was fishing about a foot of water with a gravel bottom and running water today with a heck of a cold front.

It’s nonstop fish catching one after another and thank you Dennis for coming back out today and bringing Bob. So this won’t last forever if you ever thought about fishing something unique that happens in Oklahoma now would be the time to go so call me! One stop shop today, bait was easy out of Mazie, fishing gravel bars about 7ft deep water has been off lately and lakes at normal level, didn’t note water temp but white bass spawn is in full swing. Lot of male fish and whopper hybrids have been coming in decent numbers. Got a saugeye today. cleaned 107 fish. I forgot to get the photos on the hybrids. We had 2 that was 6 to 7lb class and one 4.5lb and 3 or 4 other regular size ones.
