Fish On! Back to upper Gibson today for spoonbill outing. First group I've had that wanted to spend some time on the bills and we got them figured out. The paddlefish must have took their dumb pills today it was fairly easy to hook up. We got those tagged and bagged and slammed 30 white bass real fast and a couple nice catfish up to 10lbs water temp up another notch to 57. Water was nice and clean today, low flow. We had a great outing yet again. Wind was crazy gusts this afternoon yikes! Thanks James for choosing my service. Everyone else book a trip! 16,17,18,23 open for sure can book online if I miss your call, there's not much cell coverage where I'm working.

Fish On! Fish on anytime at fishonok.com I guided my yearly raffle trip today. We had a good time. Our first stop fish were picky and stealing baits the whites were pretty small but Blues were hammering we got a dozen of those overall up to 10lbs. We decided to move and I switched tactics from casting to just straight downlines with splasher running and they started smoking them. Very Large whites on this stop just kept coming big white was 4lbs with several others in the 3lb club. We slammed several dozen. Ton of fun! CPR again today I kept 15 whites and 5 blues and we ended up splitting the take. Water temp was 55 I been rocking these CPR trips lately, there's a lot of out of town folks for the gun show that are just fishing for fun. Thanks to everyone that supports my service, haven't had any dud trips yet but the spoonbill have been a grind haven't spent much time on them for that exact reason. Thanks Jesse and thanks for everyone that supports my service!

Fish On! Back to upper Ft. Gibson Lake today. We trolled around a little for spoonbill this morning we got tired of that pretty quick and went on to anchor up in 10ft of water in a fairly heavy current. Lake level went up a little overnight. White bass was fast and furious same as yesterday and we had blues come on as well nice size 13lber and another at 9lbs the rest were eater size. CPR today. Thank you Christian for booking with fish on! Thanks for the good review!

Fish On! I guided a trip out of Mazie Landing upper Ft. Gibson Lake today first one of the season, my goal was to locate groups of paddlefish and there just wasn't much around, I did locate a couple holes holding fish but it would not have been easy to catch. Seeing it would be difficult we set some catfish lines instead on the first stop and loaded 4 of them pretty quick, I wanted to get out of the wind so I headed up for the second stop and we caught sandbass on first cast to the last, I set 3 catfish lines as well. We boated 15 blues up to 10lbs in no time and 28 sandbass 1 hybrid it was good, conditions a little windy. Fishing 6 to 25ft of water, bait was easy there around the docks at Mazie. Fishing live and cut bait.

Fish On! 3-24-24 Ended a 7 day series of fishing trips at Keystone yesterday with James organizing the party. Thanks for booking with my service. The striper were not biting perfect, big schools of them would come thru and they loved looking at the baits and hanging around the boat but didn't bite great. We boxed 13 of them threw back a few small ones and only a couple real large ones. For sure the bigger striper didn't want to bite the ones that did a slow presentation is what got them. There is absolutely no shortage of stripers in the lake at the moment. I've just been stopping on bait schools in deeper water running splasher and fishing downlines with a variety of bait sizes and chunk shad. Trolling deep running plugs or umbrellas would work as well if your not a bait kind of guy. Water temp was still 56. We moved on to slam some catfish since striper were slow and bigger CF were biting good all of them 6 to 10lb range fishing the mud line. We got 13 of those as well. Glad we didn't cancel, it was fun!even if we did have to grind on them. For now the mud is staying on up in the river. Lake conditions are still good, Bait has been difficult to catch mid day or evening.
