FISH ON!!!! I did a trip today on Skiatook with Joe and friends. We had a reel good time. It started off non stop then slowed down to steady. We found some bigger Hybrids on our second stop. We left them biting there after boating 31 nice Hybrids for the morning, plus five catfish. All but a couple on downlines. 32 to 34fow water temp is 78 degs.
Fish On! At SKIATOOK today, didn’t get them on the first stop moved on pretty quick got them on the second one picked up a slow bite on it for about an hour till we got a limit of overs, moved down looking and was unable to pick up a bite afterwards to speak of one place I rolled into about 500 and blacked out the sonar they were so thick and we just got two lol. Seemed like you better get them on the first stop way things are shaping up that’s not uncommon for this time of year I also think there’ll be a heavy feeding frenzy eventually it cycles up and it cycles down. I don’t think showing up at 10 or noon would be a good idea but I bet the evening bite is good. We got our fish 30 foot of water, and 44 foot of water, they were more comfortable with the boat at deeper water we marked a bunch of them in 20 foot and didn’t catch any. Most of them come on lines cast away from the boat and some of them were hitting chunks. We did get a few downlines too. Live bait still.

Fish on! Sooner Lake again today for SAUGEYE. Conditions were pretty similar to yesterday but a little faster Fish were biting in 20 to 27 foot of water. So that narrowed it down quite a bit we picked one off here and there may be a double they would bite quick when I come in and that’s it might as well just move stay there and grind never catch another one. Finally hit a spot a ridge that was loaded and that helped a lot and good size Fish too. It was a lot of work but we ended up with 14 line broke off by one of them some of them got off a whole lot of them went back to the lake to grow. Sent a few to heaven. Trolling nightcrawlers
Fish on! I had Douglas and family out today on Skiatook. We had a ok morning. Just could never find the real good group of Hybrids. We ended up having a few more Catfish than Hybrids. Several short of our six angler limit. Caught them on freelines, downlines on cut and live Shad. Water temp was 77degs
