Fish On! 3-7-25 Keystone Lake, Call me for booking. My calander is pretty full but I’ve got a few days open. David Clark is going to help cover some trips if needed We headed out and got most of our fish on the first stop in shallow water not a darn thing on sonar. The wind got up and stirred up the silt bad and fish shut off, edged into some clean water and caught a few more then off and we didn’t get a bite in deeper water. Just when things were getting stable and perdictable we got a ton of rain and totally destroyed that pattern that’s how its been all year now but I’m staying on them the best that I can. 20 large blue and channel catfish for my guests today. Thanks Kevin for booking with my service and long standing client of Fish On! 5.5 gallons filleted out right.
Fish On! Fishonok.com. 3-2-25 Headed out on Keystone with Kevin, Duane and family for blue catfish and did just fine. First stop put 20 in the boat and we pecked away at them for next couple hours and got some real nice catfish. Things are looking up again for March. I like the looks of things I’m more optimistic after a week of warming up has helped a ton. Water temps are low 40’s. Striper not very active yet but catfish increased activiity. I’ve got a lot of days open this month so lets book one if your interested! 5th, 7th and Saturday the 8th being next available them more weekends and weekdays as welll. Just let me know!! David Clark might want to get out and do some fishing as well even if I’m booked the day you want to go. Other great guides available as well. Got spoonbill refferals and crappie refferals. We whipped em yesterday start to finish. If you want big fish and lot of meat catfish it is
Fish On! March 1, 2025 Keystone Lake, have my good repeat customer and friend Steve organize a trip today and we got out there and trying to pick up where I left off yesterday and gone mostly got a few small fish 37ft of water did some scouring around then finally found the darn things a long ways away from where I was catching them yesterday. It’s been like that now since it warmed up. But it’s good when you find them. I’ve got openings this month if anybody wants to go I’m gonna stay over there and keep on the grind until some other striped fish and stuff like that get the biting good enough to take over. The water temperatures 40 or low 40s depending on time of day and location. We got a nice 30 pound blue cat today and we had another one over 30 inches as well and plenty of 6 to 10 pound range for eating and a few smalls big enough to clean. Which I do and send them home. Weather was wonderful has been. And I’ve probably got openings if anybody wants to go let me know! 7 gallons today. Plenty of meat to go on
Fish On! 2/28/25 Keystone today. We got off to a slow start but picked up a bite in 37ft of water and racked up 20 nice size blues they were moving pretty fast towards deeper water. Water temp was 40 today. Another good trip.
Fish On! 2-26-25 Keystone Lake. Thanks Mike and Cheryl for choosing my service to get on some blue cat. And indeed we did caught them every stop. We caught smaller ones the first and second stop in about 30 foot of water and 33 foot. Water temperature is 38°, I moved up into 18 foot to 14 foot and we started getting bigger blue catfish and the 14 foot water yielded a lot of channel catfish. Things are picking up we managed to get 25 today and 4 gallons of meat. Yesterday and today everybody had fun. I’ve got a lot of openings in this month of March and Striper are going to start biting as well as the blue catfish would be my prediction looking at how things are stacking up. Striper not quite there yet still water temperature a little cold but it won’t be long. A person can book 24/7 at fishonok.com as well as reading fishing reports. If the day you need is showing booked let me know anyhow because I can move days off around and I’ve got guide connections. Thanks everyone!
