Fish On! 5-9-24 Skiatook got er done again lotta big fish biting today up to 6.5lbs we had to do some looking to get our smaller fish, got a 4 man limit. Boated 23 hybrid overall and 27 sandbass a flathead and 9 blue cat, good day we had fun. Fishing 68 degree water stained water fished good today. I've been having to move lately and search the bite will go on awhile then fade away. Lotta white bass and white perch hits. Downlines and freelines with some thumper going on. Fish On! 5-9-24 Skiatook. Fishing morning hours water temps running about 67 ran a singles trip today with some veterans. Thanks for making it happen the weather is just perfect. We managed to come up with 28 Hybrid striper up to 6.5lbs maybe a dozen white bass, a unique flathead catfish and a nice 17" smallmouth bass. It was not nonstop obliteration but we had doubles and triples on and got er done. Fun day fishing live bait on downlines and freelines mostly 30 to 41 ft of water.
Fish On! Skiatook we caught up almost 40 nice hybrid today up to 6 1/2 pounds. Had to do a little looking around to find a sweet spot. But we found them water temperature was running 67° and we were fishing I think 41 foot of water. And it was a catch photo release day. it was not nonstop obliteration but it kept us busy and it's nice to be catching some very large hybrid! we had a good time!
Fish on! We fished 67 to 70 degree water today at skiatook boated over 30 hybrid up to 6lbs fishing 33 and 31 ft of water on live bait only with downlines and freelines. Water is a little tinted now and rising fast but it's helping hide the lines, hooks and boat if anything. Reel good time today thanks Mark and Marlin for filling a spot on short notice we sure got er done.
Started a little slow fishing in the rain, got about 4 nice hybirds in 30ft of water, lotta smaller fish killing the baits so took off for second stop and white bass has been crazy the first few minutes they quickly move on as they will do as water temps rise. Nice Hybrids moved in afterwards and got a bunch up to 7lbs. Moved to 3rd spot and hybrid there were good and fast. we limited and caught and released a few. got over 30hybird 12 sandbass and 2 catfish
