FISH ON!!! (Dave Clark) I had Shane and his friends today on Skiatook, we had a good morning. We had a couple doubles but mainly just good and steady. We had a good mix on size. We had our 3 man limit after a couple hours and continued catch and release for awhile then decided it was getting hot. We left them biting.
We caught them on freelines and downlines cast away from the boat, all on Shad. Water temp is around 78degs, we were in 23fow.

We were fishing as shallow as 18 feet in the morning and then deep as 28 feet in the afternoon catching some real nice hybrid stripers full amount limits and up to 9 pounds. Fish On at Sooner Lake! I’m still looking to book the 24th and the 30th as well!
Cody, Coby Case, and Wylie joined me on the ole Bluewave today for an action-packed trip on Sooner Lake. Our first stop started off slow—fish were scattered and not cooperating. I was getting impatient, so I told the crew, “Roll ‘em up, let’s go find some hungry ones!”
We searched around for a bit, and then wham!—we hit the jackpot. Next thing you know, it was fish on non-stop! Three and four poles were going down at once. The drag was screaming, rods were bending, and lines were stretching with some solid hybrid bass action. We ended with a four-man limit and smiles all around.

FISH ON!!! (Dave Clark) We had a reel good morning today on Skiatook with Mike and friends. No fish on our first stop, we went to move and Larry called us over. (Actually just sent me a screen shot of locator) that dont always work out but it did this time. We didn’t move again and left them biting after 2 hours when we had our 4 man limit. Water temp is 78degs, caught them on downlines and freelines on Shad in 23fow.
I had a cancellation for Tuesday the 24th for Skiatook.
If anyone is wanting to get in on the fun.

Fish On! 6-18-25 fishonok.com/book-trip Big Striper fun at Skiatook today it just won’t stop. This is gonna go on for a good long time and a person would be crazy to miss it. Be a good time to get your kids hooked on fishing etc.! The weather and the department of wildlife stocking these fish just knocked it right out of the ballpark this year. Everything’s flooded and we know right where to go 🙂 20 foot water today worked great at three different locations. Pretty easy to rack up over 40 large fish just practically every trip. Water temperatures upper 70s. The water is at the top of the ramp at skiatook point and a person would have to wade to get to the boat. Black dog is still open as well. The dam is closed due to flooding. The lake is 7.7 feet above normal it might go up a little bit more. It went up about a foot this afternoon. YAY !
