Fish On! Oologah today! Book anytime at fishonok.com 7/26/24 been on vacation a week or more so I’m back to posting again. Thanks Summer Jeff and Brian. Targeted hybrids and sandbass with artificial lures today it was pretty difficult to get them to strike but we got them figured out eventually. Boxed 30 of them in half the trip. We gave crappie 1.5 hrs and got 17 of them bite was tougher than usual on both types. At least we did get some decent size pan fish and 6 catfish. Water temp was 83, fishing 12 to 18ft with minnows and slabs. We had fun everything worked out in a reasonable time frame. I’ll be on oologah or keystone till mid October at least. And the catfish bite is good too. August 3, 4, 8, 9 are my next available. We are having fun on all the trips!
Fish On! 7-15-24 fishonok.com Oologah today water temps 85/87 focused on Crappie. Thanks David for being a good repeat customer and trusting your family with my service! I have some openings the last two weeks of July and the first weekend of August. The Fishing is real darn good at Keystone and Oologah. Fishing was best from 8 to 12 feet of water. And we finally got some larger crappie going! Yay! Cleaned 87 today caught over 100. Done before noon. I’m using minnows as usual and fishing brush piles and lay downs. This is the best time of year to book for variety. We can do Crappie, Sandbass, hybrid, striper, hybrid striper and catfish. And can usually do combo trip on one outing. Happy customers as usual!

Mainly catfish and sandbass at keystone like today. Fishing 10 to 16ft of water. Water temps was 84/87. Using cut bait and artificial lures. 22 blues today up to 12 lbs and 24 sandbass that bit pretty good as we started but wouldn’t budge when we wrapped it up. More than enough fish and done by lunch. One big gar lol.

Live and cut bait, a rigs, slabs and spoons, jigs and blades we didn’t leave much off the table today. Learned a lot this week will keep on it, hybrid striper, white bass, channel cat, blue cat, shad by cast net, crappie on minnow. We seen fish surfacing and everything bit pretty good except crappie it was ok I guess we didn’t have much time on them. 14 catfish, 24 sandbass couple hybrid, dozen crappie. Fun day we just had fun trying a little of everything, the catfish was fast and put a load of meat in the boat.
