Fish On! Fishonok.com Headed to the lower Illinois river today with Tony and his family. We were able to locate some schools of striper up and down the river but they was not biting very good we had a couple of mediums and three or four smalls and we threw some back. Second half of the trip we went out to get some blue cats and got those on the first stop was going pretty good couldn’t complain really nice ones up to 8 pounds 28ft of water in the river channel. They started running some water a little harder and seem to slow down a little bit. Got to see some new scenery and have some fun
