A good morning.  We had a large party. So we had five boats of fishing going on. In my boat we had six anglers with 3 of them being some young boys. The youngest and grandpaw quit early so it was just the four of us later in the morning.Our boat didn't catch a whole lot of fish but the ones we caught were real nice size fish. We missed several fish for some reason. They would just hit the bait real hard and then let go. I put on some circle hooks to see if that would help, but it didn't by much. We lost a couple of real nice fish at boat side. We caught them on downlines and freelines with split shot. The water temp. was 85 degs. Most of the fish we caught we in 25ft of water. At the end of the morning we had caught between 10 to 15 fish.
