FISH ON!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! What a couple of great days of fishing and catching. My brother and family came to visit for a few days and we stayed at the lake. Fishing was RED HOT. Friday morninng we had our limit in the first hour. We fished for 4 hours and caught 45 fish. With 38 of them being nice Hybrids. Friday afternoon went back after a break(or nap) and caught 20 in less than a hour. These fish seemed to be bigger than the ones earlier. Saturday morning went back with very little bait. But again we had out limit in the first hour, had enough bait for another hour of fishing and ended the mornig of fishing after two hours and having caught 25 nice Hybrids. It was a very good couple of days. Most were caught on downlines and a few on freelines with split shot. On Friday morning the Hybrids started out biting on live bait then quit, so we switched to cut bait and caught several then they went back to live bait. Most fish were caught in 35 to 45ft of water both days. Water temp. was 83degs.
