FISH ON!!!!  Fished with long time friend Keith Farrar and we had a great weekend. The Oklahoma Stripe Bass Association had a tournament there and we won it with 2 fish that had a combined weight of 38.5 lbs. We just missed having the big fish by .5lb It was a very cold weekend, on Friday night it was 14deg and we were both in tents. We had heaters so it wasn't to bad. The fish were real scattered most of the time, (we had 6 on at once on Sat. afternoon) and did not find a real good pattern. Most of the fish were caught on planner boards with 1/4oz weights with 20 to 30 ft of leader. Most fish seemed to be in 25 to 35ft of water. The water temp. was 54 deg. We fish the South arm of the river.
