FISH ON!!! Went fishing with my son and we had a pretty good outing. The fishing has slowed down on Skiatook so     we decided to go to Sooner. I had not been there in a while so I wasn't sure  how good the fishing would be. However, when we got there the wind was blowing a constant 30 mph, but we decided to get wet anyway, and we did. We got wet on the ride out and the ride back. But we did catch some Hybrids. We caught 30 in the four hours we fished. It was not real fast action but just good and steady. They were all on the small side with the biggest about 3lbs. We caught some on freelines with split shot but most were on downlines. They were anywhere from 5 to 35ft. Water temp. in the discharge was 86deg and on the main lake it was 82deg.
