FISH ON!!!! It started out a little slow but ended up being a very good trip. When found the active feeders an it was Fish On for most of the rest of the afternoon. We had triples and doubles going, I was trying to keep bait in the water, lines getting tangled up, it was what Hybrid fishing is all about. It did slow down  but then it just became pretty steady. We ended up with somewhere between 35 to 40, but we had several come off or break off on the way to the boat. I swithced over to treble hooks and that did seem to help some. All of the fish were very healthy looking and most were between 3 to 5lbs. We had 1 that was right at 7 lbs. All were on downlines in 35 to 50ft of water and the water temp. is 88 deg. It was  very enjoyable to be with a family who enjoys fishing and being in the outdoors.
