 I had  a guide trip scheduled but due to the wind(25MPH) and the slow fishing we had canceled it. A couple of friends decided they wanted to go anyway so we went, I needed to try to find some fish. it started out very slow and then ended up pretty good. We fished the warm water side the first couple of hours and never did really see any fish. So we went out in the lake and found some fish up pretty shallow.  We ended up catching 10 fish in about a hour and then it was time to go. The wind was really howling and it looked like it might storm. The fish  were 2 to 4 lbs. Most came on light lines out the back with a 1/4 oz. weight. We did catch a couple on downlines. We were anchored in 15ft but the lines out the back were probably in about 5ft. Water temp. in the discharge was 65deg. and out on the lake it was 50deg.

FISH ON!!!!
