Pretty good day on Sooner. It was a little windy, but it didn't seem to hurt the bite any. We caught 30 real nice Hybrids. Most were between 3 to 5 lbs. The biggest was a even 6lbs. We did catch a 5 lb striper this trip. The water temp. has dropped 5 deg. from Tuesday, to 50 deg. We caught fish on free lines, down lines and cut bait. We were in 20 to 25 ft. The size of the bait didn't seem to matter either. Most of the fish were swallowing the bait, we couldn't tell we had a bite till the line went tight or the pole was about to go in the water. Overall it was a very good day. And it was a Pleasure to be in the boat with two U S Marine Officers and a X Marine, not counting myself.

I am not as lean, or as mean, but I am still a Marine( X )
